Prices include clear plasticware, buffet setup, and one to two hours of buffet service; events requiring longer buffet service will be charged accordingly. Included buffet service begins at the customer’s chosen start time for the event; additional charges may apply when an event’s planned start time is delayed. Table busing can be provided for an additional fee. All catered events are subject to 18% service gratuity and 7.75% Utah prepared food sales tax. Actual final charges will be based on the number of guests booked or the number of guests in attendance, whichever is greater.
