If waking at 4 am to put 200 pounds of beef into four high-powered convection ovens doesn't put a smile on your face, you are not Jack Marvell. He's been beaming from ear to ear at the thought since he founded The Marvellous Catering Company in 1994. Jack is a self-taught chef who spends his leisure time pouring over new recipes and food chemistry textbooks. His search for new recipes has taken him to most of the 50 States as well as Europe. Jack's diligence with respect to perfecting his recipes has created a legion of Salmon Cream Pasta and Spinach Salad junkies from Salt Lake City to Spanish Fork.

Prices include clear plasticware, buffet setup, and one and one-half hours of buffet service; events requiring longer buffet service will be charged accordingly. Included buffet service begins at the customer’s chosen start time for the event; additional charges may apply when an event’s planned start time is delayed. Table busing can be provided for an additional fee. All catered events are subject to 18% service gratuity and 7.75% Utah prepared food sales tax. Actual final charges will be based on the number of guests booked or the number of guests in attendance, whichever is greater.
