Marvellous Barbeque

It is a little known fact that Jack started doing Texas style barbeque in the early 80's. He built a "diner" on wheels complete with a "hand-crafted" interior, rotisserie, and smoker. The "Bean Wagon" as we dubbed it, found its way to Wyoming where Jack fed many hungry men at the oil drilling sites. In 1986 Jack bult a smoker. It took up residence in our back yard until he finally puchased his first "real" smoker in 1998.
